Bill due dates
Every bill’s due date, and the next one once it is paid.
Calendar, part of Time
Month, Week and Agenda views, colored by person, with bills, chores and birthdays already on it and double bookings flagged before they bite.
Already on it
Other parts of the house put their dates on the calendar for you.
Every bill’s due date, and the next one once it is paid.
Tasks and chores on the day they are due.
The filter, the gutters, the service visit.
Leases, policies and IDs, before they run out.
Every member’s birthday, with a reminder 7 days before.
With a category, a contact, notes and a prep checklist.
Events
An event can be all-day or timed. It has the people taking part, a place, and any shared resources it needs, like the car. It can repeat daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly or yearly, with an end date.
Conflict detection
Kinnomy looks for two kinds of clash: the same person booked twice at the same time, and the same shared resource booked twice at the same time. Both show up in the weekly brief under “Potential conflicts”.
Calendar feed
Each person has a private calendar feed (ICS). Subscribe to it from your phone’s calendar or your work calendar and the household shows up there too.
The feed is one-way, from Kinnomy to your calendar app. Two-way sync is a plan on the roadmap.
Which plans include it
The calendar, appointments and conflict detection are on every plan. The private calendar feed is on Household and Household+. Compare plans.
