An honest limit
Documents are private, but not end-to-end encrypted. They sit in a private folder on our servers and are served only to members with access. Read more in the privacy promise.

What can I store?
PDFs and photos. Storage counts against your plan: 2 GB on Household and 10 GB on Household+.
Can my teenager see our insurance papers?
Not by default. Sensitive categories start as Adults only. You can change the visibility of any document.
What happens to documents if we downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Paid modules become read-only until someone upgrades.
