What does the household know?
The model numbers, papers, phone numbers and know-how your home runs on, kept in one place and searchable in plain words.
Things
Every appliance, with its paperwork attached.
Appliances, vehicles, home systems, electronics and furniture, each with its model, serial number, purchase date and price, where it was bought and when the warranty ends. Link each one to its documents, the contact who services it and its maintenance schedule.

Documents vault

PDFs and photos are stored privately. There is never a public link, and every download checks that you are a member with access. Sensitive categories default to Adults only, and expiry dates remind you 30 days before.

The doctor, the dentist, the plumber, the electrician, the school, the vet and your emergency contacts, each with a category. Tap to call or email.
Notes
The household wiki.
The wifi password. How to reset the breaker. Where the water shutoff is. The things one person knows and everyone else asks about, written down once.
Memory search
Ask it like you would ask a person.
Plain questions, answered from your own records, with the record linked. Synonyms are built in, so AC, HVAC and air conditioner all find the same thing, and so do fridge and refrigerator.
