Export and delete

Your household’s data belongs to your household. You can take it with you, or delete it, whenever you like.

From the household settings in People, export your household’s data at any time, in two formats:

• JSON: a complete copy in a structured format, good for keeping or moving to another tool.
• CSV: spreadsheet-friendly files, good for opening in a spreadsheet app.

Exporting does not change anything in Kinnomy. There is no limit on how often you export.

The household owner can delete the household at any time. Deleting a household removes it and its records for everyone in it. This cannot be undone, so export first if you might want your data later.

If you belong to someone else’s household, you can leave it. The household and its records carry on for everyone else.

To close your account entirely, contact us and we will delete it. If you own a household with a paid plan, the owner’s account page is where the subscription is managed.
